The Knox User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment is now open!
You can now get early access to the updated Knox Admin Portal, select Knox cloud services, and on-device clients and agents ahead of the upcoming production release for Knox cloud services.
By using the UAT environment, you can:
- Ensure the newest clients and agents are compatible with existing devices
- Get early access to upcoming Knox features
- Identify and report potential bugs or issues to ensure your existing data and devices won’t be unexpectedly impacted by the Knox cloud service 24.04 release
The UAT environment is available to you for testing approximately two weeks before the next product deployment of Knox cloud services:

Mar 20, 2024: Updated server and client versions for Knox cloud service 24.04 are made available for testing.
- Apr 3, 2024: Production deployment for the Knox cloud service 24.04 release.
