More Samsung Knox services now support Microsoft’s Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), giving customers increased management capabilities for secure user access.
Support for single-sign on features is now available for Knox E-FOTA and Samsung Care+ for Business, joining previously available support for Knox Configure and Knox Mobile Enrollment.
As a super admin, you can manage users through your Azure portal, reducing the administrative burden on your IT department. Your users and sub-admins can sign in with just one set of credentials to quickly access Knox services.
Note that once Azure AD is set up for your Samsung Knox tenant, any sub-admins that you invite can only use AD credentials to log in. The Samsung Account and Azure AD sign-in methods cannot be used together.
