The Knox User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment is open!
You can now get early access to the updated features of Knox cloud services 25.01 via the Knox Admin Portal.
With the UAT environment, you can:
- Ensure compatibility of the newest clients and agents with existing devices
- Get early access to upcoming Knox features
- Identify and report potential bugs or issues to prevent unexpected issues on your existing devices and data after the Knox cloud services 25.01 release
The UAT environment will be available for testing approximately two weeks before the next product deployment of Knox cloud services:
- December 19, 2024: Updated server and client versions for Knox cloud services 25.01 become available for testing
- January 15, 2025: Production deployment for the Knox cloud services 25.01 release
We encourage you to test our latest Samsung Knox products and features using the UAT environment. You can log in to your Knox account for UAT or read more about UAT in the admin guide.
