This update is essential to protect your business from evolving security threats and ensure that our resources are focused on delivering value where it matters most.
What’s changing, and what devices are impacted?
No new enrollments: Beginning in April 2025, new enrollment will be blocked on devices running Knox Guard agent version 1.0, for enhanced security and improved device management.
Devices already enrolled in Knox Guard before this date will continue to receive support until their service period ends.
