CHALLENGE

Bridging the gap between online and in-store retail experiences

MediaMarkt needed a way to boost employee productivity through digital transformation while ensuring efficient device oversight. Without a robust management solution, monitoring and securing devices at scale was challenging.

The retailer required high-performance, user-friendly devices to support in-store and online operations. It also needed a reliable management solution that worked with its existing EMM to keep devices secure and running smoothly.
