Samsung has announced the opening of a new call center based in Latin America to serve the region’s growing number of B2B customers.
These offices, scheduled to open on Aug. 26th in São Paulo, Brazil and Mexico City, Mexico, will serve Spanish and Portuguese-speaking customers looking for phone assistance with B2B solutions such as Knox Manage, Knox Configure, Knox Platform for Enterprise, Knox E-FOTA, and Knox Mobile Enrollment.
This new support center will also assist enterprise mobility customers who have pre-sales questions about these B2B solutions by connecting them with the right sales teams.
The new Latin American call center will be open during business hours, and will provide additional and enhanced support to Samsung’s existing ticket-based support.
