Good news, Samsung Galaxy Enterprise Edition users: It's now easier than ever to manage your devices! Our team has worked hard to deliver new features that offer improved flexibility for Enterprise Edition dashboard users.

This dashboard is available to those who have purchased the Samsung Galaxy Enterprise Edition package. This device and software bundle includes industry-leading Samsung Galaxy devices, a one-year subscription to Knox Suite, and up to seven years of extensive security maintenance release from the device’s global launch*.

Security maintenance made easy: Meet the Enterprise Edition dashboard

The Enterprise Edition dashboard allows IT admins to manage Knox Suite license keys for Samsung Galaxy Enterprise Edition devices. Think of it as the homepage for keeping a watchful eye on your organization’s devices.

As an IT admin, it can become time consuming to keep track of various security maintenance releases for the many devices you oversee. However, this work is also vital to the safety and security of your organization’s devices and data.

Thankfully, the dashboard provides a Security updates tab, where you can view critical security patch release dates (by month and year) for your Enterprise Edition devices. Previously, this feature was only available to Samsung Knox accounts registered in the EU region. However, we've now expanded its support to users globally.

New features for improved flexibility

The Enterprise Edition dashboard now offers three new features to provide IT admins with improved flexibility:

  • NEW Security updates tab: This new feature provides increased visibility into the regular security patches provided to Enterprise Edition users. This includes: Viewing the latest security patch level, the FOTA open date, the frequency of the security update, and the final security update date.
  • NEW preferred seat quantity selection: Now, IT admins can select how many seats they want to generate the Knox Suite license key for, out of all the seats available for the Enterprise Edition devices.
  • NEW preferred reseller selection: When managing your Knox Suite Enterprise Edition license key as an IT admin, you can now set a preferred license reseller.

The above features allow IT admins to:

  • Plan ahead: Budget time to update their devices to keep them secure, and running at their maximum potential.
  • Gain more flexibility: Easily modify vital details such as the quantity of license keys used.
  • Optimize workflows: Now, IT admins can select their preferred resellers, adding a new level of efficiency to related workflows.
